The next thing you can do is get your body hydrated with lots of water. If you are not drinking until you feel thirsty, chances are you are not hydrated properly. Most people need at least 100 ounces of water a day in order to stay hydrated. Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water through out the day.

If you add this to your daily diet you will become much healthier. People under estimate the power of water and how important it is for your health, including skin, and filtration. It is important to drink the water gradually so it has time to absorb into the system, instead of going straight to your bladder. This is possibly the most important thing you can do.
