I wrote an article about Red Bull side effects, and yes there are some side effects of red bull.  But what about sugar free Red Bull Side effects?  Just like the original energy drink, much of the same ingredients are in the sugar free red bull, albeit no sugar.  The health effects remain the same in sugar free Red Bull.  People should not drink Sugar Free Red Bull if they are under any stress.

Children should stay away from these products all together.  Sugar Free Red Bull side effects are rare, and I would not say the product is dangerous by any means, but they should be used responsibly and not mixed with alcohol or any other energy drink.

In closing, if you like Sugar Free Red Bull, well drink them.  I would try to also find other ways to get that energy you need, like from orange juice.  While orange juice may not give you that boost right away, over time you will notice that a need to an energy boost from Red Bull is no longer needed.

Do Energy Drinks Really Give You Energy? Maybe a Cocaine Energy Drink will. Effects of energy drinks

I receive an a lot of questions about effects of energy drinks that have hit the market over the prior 2 years. So a few questions arise : Are there any dangers of energy drinks? Do they turbo-charge your energy? Is there a cocaine energy drink? Do they have some sort of fascinating energy formula? Will they help you lose weight? First off, let’s have a look at what the bulk of these energy drinks are typically made of. Just about each one of them are simply carbonated water heaped high with gut-fattening high fructose corn syrup, caffeine, the amino acid taurine, and some random B-vitamins chucked in for show to deceive you into assuming there’s something healthy about these mixtures.

So what about a cocaine energy drink? Red Bull Cola is what folks are talking about. Even though it is formed from the coca plant it doesn’t contain cocaine, or at least not high levels of the drug.

Let’s look at high fructose corn syrup.

Well, here we have got empty calories that will turn into belly fat, and that are fundamentally much worse for you than plain old refined sugar. OK, so you are pronouncing that they have low-sugar or sugar-free varieties as a replacement for the HFCS-laden energy drinks.  But now you have the problem of the threatening chemicals in the man made sweeteners. Another difficulty with man made sweeteners is that there are some researchers that believe man made sweetener use leads people to incidentally consume more calories and gain more weight in the long term. I won’t go into the details on that because that would fill up a total post on its own.

Just trust me that artificial sweeteners and man made chemicals in food customarily, are all bad news for your body. What about the caffeine? Well, firstly, caffeine in itself does not provide ‘energy’. Be aware of though , if you’re a regular coffee drinker, you are likely dependant to caffeine and doubtless would not receive too much benefit from the caffeine in an energy drink any way. And the bulk of those B-vitamins are simply coming right out into the toilet in your pee.

Vitamins are best got naturally from real food sources, not artificially added to some carbonated drink. Your body just doesn’t use fake sources of vitamins as readily as natural sources from real food.

Red Bull, The Risks and Side Effects

Red Bull energy drinks, I think most of us have at least tried them.  Maybe you have one before you go to work, or before you have a workout. I have even had them mixed with alcohol for a tastey drink at my local bar.Well here is a thought, are they good for you? Do they have any side effects you should be worried about? Red Bull for starters is not a healthy drink for you, in fact it is one of the worst things you can put into your body.  Now I’m not saying if you have the occasional Red bull you’re at risk.  Most things are ok in moderation.  I’m talking to the people that rely on them every day or even a few times a week just to get through a day of work.

It’s really no different than smoking, you can get addicted to Red Bull.  As a side effect from Red Bull you could notice a rapid heart rate, upset stomach, or even ulcers.  Some people can even notice a mood change as a side effect from Red Bull.

If you’re a parent, and any of your children are drinking any of these energy drinks that are on the market, you may want to keep a close eye on them.  Don’t let them drink these things like Red Bull every day.  One a week at most.  Show them that there are plenty of ways to get a boost of energy.  A glass of orange juice in the morning is a great way to kick start the day, and even a glass at lunch time will do wonders to get through the rest of the day.
