Are Low Carb Diets Effective or Awful for Weight Loss Success?

Since they’re emerging as the most recent trend in dieting. But do they actually work? Will you actually achieve Weight Loss Success? …And if so , are they the solution to weight reduction that everybody is looking for? We do not think so, because most low carb diets have several Problems which make losing weight very difficult for the average dieter. For instance, if you follow the Atkins diet ( a popular low carb diets program ) then the limitation on carbohydrates for the 1st couple weeks is very severe ( by almost any standards ).
The Atkins program permits just twenty grams of “net carbs” each day during the first phase of the diet ( which typically lasts for 2 weeks ). Just to give you an idea of how few carbs that really is, even a large apple has more than twenty grams of “net carbs”. This low level of carbs is often too severe for the average dieter to endure for 2 weeks straight, and in reality eating such a low level of carbs can make a person feel puny and miserable twenty four seven ( because your body needs more carbohydrates than that for energy ).

Other low carb diets ( like the South Beach Diet ) aren’t quite as severe as the Atkins Plan for Weight Loss Success, but in our opinion even the South Beach Diet isn’t as easy to follow as it could be. We think that a successful diet should be easily followed because that is the only real way that a person will stick to the diet and have Weight Loss Success. We believe that diets shouldn’t make average person feel sad and puny all day long, because if a diet makes a person feel sad and weak then it should be very troublesome for average dieters to adhere to such programs.
We aren’t asserting that all low carb diets are as restrictive as the Atkins Diet is, but we’re announcing that most low carb diets are so hard to follow that average dieters will probably wind up feeling hungry and weak all day 24×7 ( which is not a great thing for dieting success in our view ). We believe that low carbs is not the answer Weight Loss Success, since you require a reasonable amount of all 3 sorts of calories to lose pounds constantly ( protein, carbs, and fat ).
The reality is that your body requires a reasonable amount of protein, carbohydrates and fat calories too.
