Remember, when it comes to losing abdominal fat, you have to adopt a holistic, whole-body approach - there are absolutely no shortcuts. A surgical shortcut like liposuction also becomes meaningless if you are not going to control to your diet, because removing fat cells from the abdomen by liposuction will lead to excess fat storage elsewhere - perhaps under the chin or on knees or shoulders - where it may look even worse than at the abdomen.

Well as you have all read like the others my red bull addiction started innocently. I had my first red bull with a bunch of misfit drop out kids, and the only reason I drank it was the peer pressure! I still hear the echoes of them in my head. "come on, just one sip! do it! do it! you wont do it!" next thing I know I was drinking a bull a day. With in 6 months I was drinking 9 a day. My habit became so bad I was blowing my entire paycheck on REDBULL! So i started just using my credit cards. 6 months later I had 4 maxed out cards, and no more bulls. I began selling all my most valuable possessions, even my car and used cash for gold! At this point I was using 15 to 20 cans a day. I eventually sold my daughters power wheel and my sons sling shot. My wife at that point gave me the choice, her and the kids or red bull. After she left I found my habit just became worse, just one after another, all day long! I began shaking very bad and having severe chest pains! On Feb. 20th of last year, I hit rock bottom. I agreed to orally pleasure a man for a case of red bull, 3 days later I Over Dosed and found myself in the hospital. The doctor warned me like everyone else to stop, But like puff daddy I cant stop, wont stop! Please for your own good don't drink this stuff. It has totally wrecked my life! P.S. 20 dollars in my lab tops yours!

I have been drinking sugar free red bull's for 6 years. I drink at least 10-12 8.4oz cans a day, or sometimes 4 16oz cans along with several of the smaller cans per day... depends on where I get the best price. My husband is completely fed up with my habit, as it is costing hundreds of dollars a week. I do not have any side effects, my blood pressure is great, I'm a healthy person... but I just CAN NOT stop buying or drinking SF red bulls. I have tried other SF energy drinks, only to dump them out. I do not drink coffee or any other type of sodas. Occasionally I drink tea and water.

However, if I don't have my bull, I will find a way to get them, no matter what. We have went on vaca to the carribean, and I pack several 4pks of red bull.. My children even notice my addiction. If I am out around friends, they will ask where's my bull, and I will pull it out of my pocket, purse, whatever. I have people constantly telling me i'm killing myself, and what the effects are and blah blah blah..I get tired of hearing it honestly.. If it weren't for the price, I wouldn't have any concerns, but yes, the price is what is killing me! I wrote the company several years back joking with them that my hubby was going to divorce me over my addiction and asked about coupons.. the response was " we dont do coupons, you might get a paper cut, but keep drinking the bull" WTH?? That was crappy... but I think there is an addictive ingredient .. they know it, and that is why I and many other people are on here telling of their addiction. Problem is, how do we fix it?
