For those of you that don’t know what an E-cig is, well it’s a electronic cigarette.  I first heard about them when I went to grab a pack of smokes from the store and I saw one of these on the shelves.  Well I had to try it out.  I like smoking but I know it’s killing me, and these E-cig products produce zero smoke.  I was shocked when I finally got this thing home and tried it.  It worked like a charm, I have no need to ever go back to a “real cigarette” again!

Well not so fast.  Our wonderful FDA sees the e-cig as a threat to the tobacco companies, and also our government collects no tax on the e-cig so they are now going to ban them.  The e-cig ban is happening right now.  The FDA has blocked all shipments of the e-cig from entering the USA.

I can tell you now that I’m smoke free, and nicotine free for 2 months now.  I don’t need the e-cig anymore.  But so many more people could be helped by these products that this makes me angry.  I still use my e-cig with zero nicotine liquid that I make myself.  I have not gotten past the addiction of holding a smoke in my hand yet.  Anyways after this e-cig ban is in full effect expect a company in the USA to start making them a few years from now that cost $300-$500.
